We need all Troop 123
Scouts to come and help Andrew A. with a can
& bottle drive to help fund his Eagle
Project. We will be meeting at his house on
March 13th at 10:00 am. and will end at 2:00
pm. Lunch included. More details will be at
our next meeting.

March Campout
Our next Campout is
March 26 - 28th at Lost Lake Scout
Reservation.
We will be learning how to make Maple Syrup
and will be able eat some of it with
pancakes on Sunday morning. Sign up at our
next meeting.

April Campout
Our April Campout will
be April 23 - 25th. We will be backpacking
to our secret Trout fishing spot on the
Manistee River. Sign up at our next meeting.

| Jan. 4: We Planned out next campout. We had one Scout visitor. The parents had a meeting. We had a visitor teach us about cold weather clothing. We also had a visitor talk about our Venturing Crew. Our Pastor talked about the God and Country classes he's conducting starting on Wednesday. | Jan.11: We had 6 WEBELOS visit. We had 6 Scoutmaster conferences for rank advancements. Some of the Scouts made a snowman. Reminder that there is a campout this weekend at Camp Agawam. We had a merit badge meeting for Citizenship in the Community before the meeting. |
| Jan. 25: Tonight we had 1 new Scout Join our Troop. We had 3 WEBELOS visit. One Scout earned a new rank. We also played crab soccer. We will be having a Court of Honor on February 8th. | Feb. 8: We had a Court of Honor. We gave out merit badges and rank advancements. Some Scouts got a special patch with a Panda Bear on it for World Conservation. We had a visitor hand out medals for the Chief Pontiac Trail. The adults did a skit about a sick Scout and a radio, it was funny. Afterward we had cake and pop, it was the 100th birthday of Boy scouts. |
| Mar. 1: Some of our Scouts did presentations for Collections merit badge. We also had some Scouts give speeches for the Communications merit badge. There was a parents meeting and they talked about upcoming campouts. An adult passes out fundraising info. for selling pies. | |

| Sept. 19: New tents were purchased for the Troop Environmental Merit Badge outing changed from this Saturday Fundraiser information was passed out More Scouts needed for Riverbends Campout | Oct. 19th: We had four visitors - new Scouts. We worked on Skits and Patrol yells. We also planned our menu for the Thanksgiving Feast. Collections Merit Badge Started tonight. Reminders: popcorn and wreath orders due next Monday's meeting. PLC meeting on Oct. 25th. |
| Sept. 26th: campout at Riverbends was awesome. Everyone liked the new tents. There were 25 WEBELOS. | Nov. 2 Tonight we discussed the turkey campout. we planned the menu. We played a game. We had our first meeting for Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge. the parents had a meeting (parents meeting). we had four new scouts visit. One scout earned the rank advancement to tenderfoot. |
| Sept. 28th: At Courts of Honors Scouts earned 118 merit badges!! Skits were funny at the end of the Court of Honors. | Nov. 30: Tonight we planned the next campout at Silver Trails. We passed out out popcorn sales prizes. We have a Canned for drive this Saturday. There is a blood drive at out next Troop meeting. The Troop Christmas party is December 7th, check with your Patrol Leader on what to bring. |
| Oct. 12th. Tonight Mr. Bertolet handed out patches for Troop positions of responsibility. We played a game and the winners got Star Burst candy. Chris handed it out. We also had our first Family Life Merit Badge meeting. |
